And it’s time to let her out!
At The Showgirl Society, we bring a little sparkle and shimmy to the everyday. Creating a space where movement, expression, and confidence is developed.
We welcome adults aged 18 to 80, from all walks of life, to reconnect with themselves through movement. We support all bodies and offer modifications, to ensure you look and feel your best.
We know opening up and trying new things can be vulnerable (scary, challenging, filled with a bunch of emotions) - but after one class you won’t be able to wipe the smile off your face.
CLASS OPTIONS
Our adult dance classes (60–90 minutes) are designed to guide you through a full, feel-good movement experience each session. Made for beginners, intermediate, and advanced dancers.
We currently offering 6-week blocks in preparation for all dances to be show ready. We are looking for commitment to pay and attend the 6 week block, of course no pressure to perform.
You don’t need experience, perfection or permission here.

A 90-minute session to let loose and learn fun, sexy, and sassy dances where your inner showgirl can shine. It’s time to let her out.
Perfect for beginners of all fitness levels, The Showgirl Society is a judgment-free zone where no one is excluded, encouragement is plentiful, and connection and community are at the heart of every class. Dance should be a place for giggles, growth, self-expression, unity, and genuine connection.
In this six-week course, we will learn two full routines, building confidence week by week. Choreography inspired by cabaret, burlesque, jazz, and commercial techniques creates a unique blend and the perfect way to focus on stamina, sass, and self-expression.
Expect a warm-up, stylised routines, and a whole lot of fun.

A 60-minute session for dancers who want to stretch, flex, and explore different styles — challenging themselves to embrace and trial new techniques that ultimately prepare them to be angelic on stage, wherever that stage may be. Because life’s a stage… and you should shine.
This class is aimed toward intermediate dancers, those who love a challenge, or anyone with previous dance experience looking to refine their skills and push themselves further.
In this six-week course, we will learn one full routine, building confidence week by week. The choreography is inspired by cabaret, burlesque, jazz, and technical commercial styles to create a unique blend and the perfect way to focus on stamina, sass, and self-expression. Referred to as Thursday Class 1.

Designed to challenge you with sharper technique, elevated performance quality, and expressive movement that allows you to command the stage — wherever that stage may be. Because life’s a stage… and you deserve to dazzle.
This class is aimed toward intermediate dancers, those who love a challenge, or anyone with previous dance experience wanting to refine their skills and elevate their stage presence. Don’t let that scare you — you’re more than welcome to step up and give it a go.
In this six-week course, we will learn one full routine, building strength, confidence, and performance power week by week. Choreography inspired by cabaret, burlesque, jazz, and commercial styles creates a unique blend focused on stamina, sass, control, and self-expression. Referred to as Thursday Class 2.

This is where stamina meets sass, where technique meets storytelling, and where your inner showgirl begins to shine.

What we do extends beyond the weekly classes — this is a full experience, a community, and a chance to step into your showgirl life both on and off the dance floor.

This is a space built on acceptance, inclusion, and self-expression.
A place where you can feel safe, messy, magical, reserved, loud, or anywhere in between. We show up for ourselves, and for each other, creating an environment where every woman feels seen, supported, and celebrated. By joining us joining TSGS we ask you understand the expectations to strengthen our bond. We don’t expect much but we do encourage full participation and you must follow our guidance.

Dance is a physical activity and carries inherent risks, including soreness, strains, sprains, or other injuries.
